The Jebel Ali Beach Development Project is the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates. Al Tayer continued, “Jebel Ali Beach, spanning 6.6 kilometers and encompassing 330 hectares, will be the longest publicly accessible open beach in Dubai. Two sites are to be created as part of the plan: a 1.6 km mangrove beach to be developed by Dubai Municipality and a 5 km sandy beach to be developed by Nakheel.
